Role & Company / Project Overview: Elite Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring Batching Plant Operators (02 Positions) for the Ravi River Bridge Construction Project in Lahore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Operating the concrete batching plant according to approved mix designs. • Ensuring accurate batching of cement, aggregates, water and admixtures. • Carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance of plant components. • Maintaining batch records and daily production logs. • Coordinating with the plant in-charge, laboratory and transit mixer drivers. • Following HSE rules and plant safety procedures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Matriculation / Intermediate with technical certification in plant operation. • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience operating a computerized batching plant on construction projects. • Technical Expertise: Good working knowledge of batching plant control systems and troubleshooting. • Software Skills: Basic computer skills for plant control software. • Personal Attributes: Team player with good practical and communication skills; strong commitment to safety, quality and following instructions. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Ravi River Bridge Construction Project site, Lahore, Pakistan. • Full-time site-based role.
