• Role & Company / Project Overview: TransCure LLC is seeking a Patient Support Representative for our US Psychiatry Medical Billing & RCM department. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle inbound and outbound calls and inquiries from US patients regarding psychiatry billing statements, account balances, and payment options. - Explain insurance coverage, patient financial responsibilities, deductibles, and co-pays clearly and empathetically. - Assist patients in establishing payment plans or collecting outstanding balances. - Resolve billing concerns and collaborate with the internal medical billing team to update patient accounts. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Relevant experience in customer service, patient support, or US Medical Billing/RCM. - Understanding of US healthcare insurance processes and patient billing practices. - Excellent English verbal communication and active listening skills. - Psychiatry specialty background is preferred. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: TransCure LLC, Shadman, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. - Walk-in Interview Schedule: 9:00 PM. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Send your CV via email or walk in directly for an interview.
