We are a leading luxury retail brand in Nigeria specializing in premium fragrances, skincare, cosmetics, spa, and aesthetic services. We are recruiting a commercially driven Head of E-Commerce & Innovation to grow our e-commerce business and drive innovation across digital channels and customer experience. Responsibilities include driving online sales growth and profitability; leading e-commerce operations, digital channels, and customer experience initiatives; implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and customer engagement; and using data and market insights to drive business performance. Requirements: 8-12 years' experience in e-commerce, digital business, or omnichannel retail; proven track record in driving online revenue growth; strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience; experience in luxury retail, beauty, cosmetics, or consumer-focused businesses is an advantage. Salary: ₦1.5M Net.
