We are seeking a tech-savvy Digital Fleets Manager to oversee our mixed fleet of diesel, CNG, and LNG trucks. The role involves maximizing fleet uptime, controlling fuel and gas costs, ensuring compliance, and leveraging telematics data for efficiency. Key responsibilities include planning daily truck deployment, proactive maintenance scheduling, coordinating with dispatch and drivers, and maintaining accurate records of all CNG and LNG gas takes. The manager will reconcile fuel card and supplier invoices, analyze cost-per-km for fuel types, liaise with vendors and compliance agencies, and manage fleet software. The role also includes tracking KPIs, generating reports, ensuring regulatory compliance with FRSC, SON, DPR/NMDPRA and insurance, investigating incidents, and training drivers. Qualifications required: HND/BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Transport/Logistics or related field, with 4+ years in fleet management and 2+ years with alternative fuel trucks preferred. Proficiency in Excel, fleet management software, and data analysis is essential. The position is full-time based in Lagos-Ibadan Expressway area with a salary budget of 350,000 to 400,000 (currency implied as NGN).
