Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent requirement for Lathe Machine Operators (30 vacancies) to work with L&T Kuwait Construction, one of the leading engineering and contracting companies in the Gulf region. Hired through Tamak Manpower. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Set up, operate, and maintain conventional or specialized lathe machines to fabricate parts. • Perform turning, facing, threading, and finishing operations on metal or raw workpieces as per engineering blueprints. • Check dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Skilled and experienced machine operator with relevant trade background. • Both ECR and ECNR passport holders are accepted. • Client interview required; fast-track visa processing (visa in 12 days). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Duty: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. • Overtime (OT) available. • Location: Kuwait. Compensation & Benefits: • Basic Salary: KD 150 - 180 per month + Overtime. • Free accommodation provided. • Free company transportation provided. • Medical insurance provided as per Kuwait Labour Law.
