Role & Company / Project Overview: Vira International is seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) for upscale Fine Dining Restaurants in Kuwait. The role supports the Restaurant Manager in delivering premium dining experiences. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Support overall restaurant management, floor supervision, and front-of-house operations. • Supervise service staff, ensuring adherence to fine dining protocols and service quality. • Handle guest relations, address customer inquiries, and resolve dining concerns promptly. • Oversee staff scheduling, table reservations, and daily opening/closing procedures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in fine dining restaurant service and supervisory roles. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Dedicated, service-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
