Job description

An established client is seeking a Business Development Executive for their office in Kuching, Sarawak. Responsibilities entail executing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, managing policy or service renewals, negotiating contract terms, and tracking business growth metrics through the EIS platform. Applicants must hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with exemplary academic results (at least 5 A's in SPM and a CGPA of 3.0 or higher). Fresh graduates with a strong interest in business development are welcome to apply, although candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or insurance are preferred.
