Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Talent HR Consulting is hiring a Maintenance Technician based in Kuching to manage building facilities, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct daily inspections and checks of essential equipment, M&E systems, plumbing, sanitary systems, building facilities, furniture, and fittings to ensure proper operation and safety • Attend to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests promptly, record work progress, and follow up on outstanding issues • Maintain workplace safety by following departmental policies, safety procedures, and occupational safety and health requirements • Maintain facility systems and ensure all work requests are completed according to required standards Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical or related field • Minimum with 3 years working experience in general building maintenance industry • Must be willing to work on a shift schedule basis • Open to Malaysia Citizens only Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia • Working Hours: Shift schedule basis (including Night Shift, Public Holidays, and Weekends) Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation discussed during selection; candidate expected to state current and expected salary Application Instructions: • Send CV with a photo in MS Word format stating notice period, current salary, and expected salary.
