SK SHAN SDN BHD is directly hiring a full-time South Indian Seafood Specialist Cook for its restaurant operations in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Core culinary responsibilities center on preparing authentic South Indian seafood dishes including Kerala-style Fish Curry, Meen Kuzhambu, Prawn Masala, Crab Masala, Squid Fry, and Chettinad-style items with consistent taste and quality. The cook will professionally handle seafood cleaning, marination, kitchen hygiene protocols, food wastage control, and stock usage. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of active experience in Indian seafood cooking alongside deep knowledge of South Indian spices and coastal ingredients. Offers a monthly salary of RM 2,500 to RM 3,500 with provided accommodation, EPF & SOCSO, medical benefits, and staff meals.
