Key responsibilities include driving sales of Unsecured Business Loan products, sourcing and acquiring new SME customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving assigned business and revenue targets, coordinating with internal teams for seamless loan processing, and monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline with 2-5 years of experience in Business Loans, SME Lending, Banking Sales, or NBFC Sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required. Candidates should be target-oriented, self-driven, with local market knowledge preferred, and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
