Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Transcribe voice-recorded medical reports dictated by physicians and other healthcare professionals. • Review, edit, and format dictated medical reports, clinical summaries, and diagnostic findings. • Ensure high levels of accuracy, quality control, and adherence to medical terminology and documentation standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Medical Transcription from a recognized institution. • Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers are eligible). • Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and documentation protocols. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Travancore Medical College Hospital, NH Bypass, Mylapore, Thattamala P.O., Kollam – 691020, Kerala, India. • Onsite hospital setting.
