Role & Company / Project Overview: Publicis Sapient is hiring Senior Associates as Senior ServiceNow Developers across India to design, develop, and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver ServiceNow Advanced Configuration including Access Control Lists (ACLs), Data Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, Email Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets, and Application Scopes. • Handle Integration & Data Management via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Microsoft Graph/Teams integration, MID Server, JSON/XML, CMDB data management, data imports, and transformation. • Develop custom solutions leveraging Java, JavaScript, and web development technologies. • Support Secondary Skills including ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM, FSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog, SLA, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub). • Execute ServiceNow Development & Automation utilizing JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Glide APIs, Catalog Client Scripts, Workflows, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, and Custom Applications. • Maintain ServiceNow Platform & Architecture including CMDB/CMDB Health, Performance Analytics, Reports & Dashboards, UI Builder, MID Server, ITOM, integrations, governance, technical design, and solution architecture. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Solid experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, scripting, and enterprise integrations. • In-depth expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP web services, and ITOM/ITSM modules. • Strong problem-solving, architectural, and technical design acumen. • Notice period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days are preferred.
