Role & Company / Project Overview: Iconwizard Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Compacct ERP) is hiring a Project Coordinator – Software Delivery in New Town, Kolkata. We are looking for a confident and organised Project Coordinator to manage our ongoing software implementation and delivery projects. This is a non-technical role, but excellent communication and client-management skills are essential. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Communicate directly with business owners and senior client representatives. - Understand and analyse business processes, challenges, and software requirements. - Convert client discussions into clear, actionable requirements for our development team. - Coordinate between customers and developers until successful completion. - Maintain regular contact with clients and provide project-progress updates. - Follow up on pending data, approvals, deliverables, invoices, and payments. - Visit client offices when required for discussions, implementation, training, or project reviews. - Prepare meeting notes, requirement documents, task lists, and status reports. - Organise, validate, and analyse raw client data using Excel. - Track project timelines, risks, pending issues, and commitments. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum one year of experience in project coordination, software delivery, software implementation, or client coordination handling Indian clients. - Excellent spoken and written communication skills. - Strong understanding of Indian business practices and workflows. - Good knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, reporting, and data reconciliation. - Organised, proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple projects. - Experience in an ERP, SaaS, software product, or software services company is preferred. - Knowledge of Jira will be a significant advantage. - Programming or software-development knowledge is not required.
