• Role & Company / Project Overview SBI Payments requires a Field Executive for field operations in Behala (Bahala), Kolkata. Processed by Portcraft with zero recruitment charges. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Onsite installation, setup, and servicing of POS terminals - Routine and emergency visits to designated client locations for equipment support - Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical malfunctions - Foster excellent client relationships through timely support and customer satisfaction • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Higher Secondary (H.S.) pass - Eligibility: Male candidates aged between 20 and 35 years - Experience: Freshers can apply; prior technical POS or mechanic background is advantageous • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM - Weekly Off: Sunday and Public Holidays fixed off - Location: Behala, Kolkata, West Bengal • Compensation & Benefits - Net Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month - Statutory & Extra Benefits: PF, ESIC, plus performance incentives • Application Instructions - Send CV including Preferred Location and Job Title to HR.
