### Role & Company / Project Overview Pride Plaza Hotel Kolkata is hiring a Commis 3 (Halwai) to assist in the traditional Indian sweets and desserts section of the hotel kitchen. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Prepare traditional Indian sweets (mithai), desserts, and halwai preparations under the guidance of senior chefs. • Perform daily kitchen mise-en-place, raw ingredient preparation, and cooking tasks. • Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards. • Ensure quality, freshness, and authentic taste in all dessert preparations. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Prior culinary experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels is mandatory. • Specific experience and skills in Halwai / Indian sweet preparation. • Preference for Kolkata-based candidates with background in reputed hotels. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Pride Plaza Hotel, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. • Operational kitchen shifts. ### Compensation & Benefits • Standard hotel remuneration. ### Application Instructions • Email your updated CV to the recruitment team.
