Key Responsibilities include Payroll Management, Salary Processing & Salary Calculations, Attendance Management & Calculation, PF & ESIC Calculations, TA/DA & Reimbursement Processing, Accounting Entries & Data Maintenance in Tally. Mandatory Skills: Payroll Management Experience, Strong Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, Experience in Salary Processing & Payroll Calculations, Knowledge of PF & ESIC, MS Excel Proficiency, Basic HR Operations Knowledge. Candidates with hands-on experience in Payroll Management, Tally Accounting, Statutory Compliance (PF & ESIC), Employee Salary Management, Attendance Management, Reimbursement Processing, and Accounting Operations will be given preference.
