Role & Company / Project Overview: DRC Resourcing India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced and dedicated Flutter Developer on behalf of their client's technology team in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. This is a full-time, work-from-office position seeking immediate joiners to build, innovate, and grow impactful mobile products. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, test, and maintain robust cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. • Implement clean software architecture, incorporating patterns like MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and state management solutions. • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs seamlessly into mobile applications. • Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. • Handle debugging, profiling, and performance optimization across supported devices. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers. • Take technical ownership of project modules from conception through delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline. • 3 to 5 years of overall relevant experience (5+ years of mobile app development experience). • 3+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart. • Architecture & State Management: MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX. • REST APIs and third-party SDK integration expertise. • Git and version control systems. • Native Android & iOS development knowledge. • Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment and publishing experience. • Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization capabilities. • Preferred skills: Kotlin, Java, Swift; Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, FCM); CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic); Unit, Widget, and Integration testing; Agile/Scrum methodologies; UI/UX and responsive design principles. • Professional attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, technical leadership, attention to detail, and a collaborative team mindset.
