### Role & Company / Project Overview Cantik Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team and hiring a Desktop Support Engineer in Kolhapur. Join us to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and technical support. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide desktop and laptop support to end users. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office. - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. - Configure printers, Outlook, and basic network connectivity. - Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain IT asset records, including asset tagging, inventory tracking, allocation, and stock updates. - Assist with IT asset audits, hardware assignments, and asset return processes. - Deliver efficient and professional end-user technical support. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: Freshers (0–2 years). Immediate joiners preferred. - Basic knowledge of desktop support and computer hardware. - Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office. - Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN). - Basic understanding of IT Asset Management and Inventory Management. - Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Bike and valid Driving Licence (DL) preferred. - Eligibility: BCA / B.Sc.
