### Role & Company / Project Overview RandomTrees – Data & AI Innovations is hiring an experienced and talented Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in modern data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Databricks. The role involves contributing to advanced data engineering transformation initiatives using cutting-edge technologies. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Modernize SSIS and ColdFusion pipelines using PySpark, Spark SQL, and DLT. • Design reusable ingestion frameworks and historical data-loading processes. • Develop complex transformations and implement indexing, partitioning, and cluster-tuning strategies. • Mentor offshore team members and conduct code reviews. • Ensure coding standards, performance optimization, and data quality. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience. • In-depth expertise in PySpark, Spark SQL, and Databricks. • Proven experience in SSIS migration and ETL/ELT development. • Hands-on proficiency with Delta Lake / DLT. • Strong background in SQL optimization and data frameworks. • Strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrated technical leadership skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Kochi, Kerala, India. • Work Mode: Hybrid. • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can apply by submitting their updated resume for consideration.
