• Role & Company / Project Overview: Northern ARC Capital Ltd. is seeking a Legal Executive for its Khargone location in Madhya Pradesh. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage legal executive tasks and support documentation and legal operations in the NBFC / banking domain. - Apply statutory legal frameworks specifically concerning the SARFAESI Act, Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act, and Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) proceedings. - Handle basic computer tasks, documentation, and operational data entry as required. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Law graduate. - Freshers eligible or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in an NBFC or Bank. - Required knowledge of the SARFAESI Act, Section 138 of the NI Act, DRT procedures, and basic computer work. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Share resume via WhatsApp (strictly no calls).
