• Role & Company / Project Overview Shagun Hotel and Resorts, Khandwa, is looking for a motivated and talented Continental Chef (Commi 2 / Commi 3) to join our culinary team and craft quality Continental dishes for our guests. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare ingredients, sauces, dressings, pastas, roasts, and classic Continental dishes according to prescribed hotel recipes. - Support senior chefs with kitchen prep, station maintenance, grilling, baking, and plating. - Adhere to food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, temperature controls, and stock rotation (FIFO) principles. - Maintain an orderly, sanitary workstation throughout prep and peak meal services. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience or training in Continental cuisine preparation. - Hands-on background as Commi 2 or Commi 3 in a resort, hotel, or casual dining restaurant. - Understanding of European/Western culinary methods, seasoning, and kitchen hygiene standards. - Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and build a culinary career. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Shagun Hotel and Resorts, Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh. - Work Setup: Full-time on-site resort kitchen. • Compensation & Benefits - Professional growth and career learning opportunities. - Supportive working environment within a premium hospitality brand. • Application Instructions - Submit your CV or contact the HR department via the phone number listed.
