Role & Company / Project Overview: Reef Scooter & Golf Cart Rentals provides golf cart rentals exclusively to members and guests inside Ocean Reef Club (an independent business, not affiliated with Ocean Reef Club). We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Rental Operations & Fleet Manager to oversee day-to-day rentals and customer service. This is an accessible, hands-on role perfect for anyone who enjoys working with people and managing daily shop operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Customer Service & Rental Desk: Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, welcome walk-up customers, and set up golf cart rentals. • Fleet Operations: Manage rental staging, check-in/check-out processes, and ensure carts are clean, fully charged, and prepped for guests. • Simple Maintenance (Plus): Perform basic troubleshooting and minor fixes on Club Car golf carts (battery checks, tire pressure, simple part replacements). Major mechanical work is outsourced. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: 4 Barracuda Lane, Key Largo, FL 33037 (Located Inside Ocean Reef Club). • Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time / Seasonal Flexible. - In-Season (November–April, July): 5 days per week. - Off-Peak Months (May, June, August, September, October): 3–4 days per week. • Weekend & Holiday Availability: Preferred and strongly encouraged during peak rental periods. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Basic computer, phone, and email proficiency to handle booking inquiries. • Reliable transportation to and from Key Largo, FL. • Familiarity with simple Club Car golf cart repairs is a plus, but not required.
