• Role & Company / Project Overview: Navadhan Capital Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Audit Executive to join their financial services team in Katni, Madhya Pradesh. The role focuses on executing internal and financial audits within the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and Microfinance Institution (MFI) sector. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Conduct regular audits across operational and financial processes in the NBFC / MFI framework. - Review operational documentation, compliance adherence, and field audit reports. - Utilize MS Excel for audit data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting. - Coordinate with branch teams to communicate audit findings and track rectification measures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Graduate and above. - Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of audit experience in an NBFC or MFI is essential. - Technical Skills: Good MS Excel skills. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Asset Requirement: Two-wheeler (Bike) is compulsory. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Katni, Madhya Pradesh, India. - Onsite role requiring local travel for audit reviews. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their CV via WhatsApp only.
