Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers. Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Ensure effective product availability and visibility in the market. Prepare regular sales reports and territory updates. Execute sales initiatives and promotional activities to support business growth. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Completed. Experience in FMCG sales preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage territory operations effectively. Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
