Role & Company / Project Overview: Lincoln International College is looking for a creative, forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join our marketing and media team. We are seeking a visual storyteller passionate about turning ideas into compelling designs who brings strong aesthetics, technical fluency, and a collaborative mindset to create impact. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Turn ideas into compelling visual designs and storytelling media for marketing campaigns. • Create original concepts and impactful design assets for digital and print media. • Collaborate with the marketing and media team on creative initiatives. • Utilize modern design workflows and tools to produce high-quality visual materials. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2+ years of relevant graphic design experience. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus). • Strong design sense, conceptual thinking, and original creativity. • Working familiarity and knowledge of AI design tools and modern workflows. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dhobidhara, Putalisadak, Kathmandu, Nepal. • Work setup: Onsite. Compensation & Benefits: • As per college standards.
