• Role & Company / Project Overview: DBS Bank, in partnership with hiring partner Next Move India (A Brand of Rising Next Move India Private Limited), is hiring for Gold Loan Sales Officers across multiple locations in the Karur region and surrounding areas in Tamil Nadu. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - 100% field sales operations focusing on gold loan products. - Lead generation, field prospecting, customer acquisition, and direct sales. - Meet prospective customers, explain gold loan features, schemes, terms, and eligibility criteria. - Manage the end-to-end loan application process and coordinate documentation. - Build strong client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Qualification: ITI / Diploma / HSC / Any Degree. - Age: Up to 35 years. - Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred. Banking, Finance, or Loan Sales experience preferred; Gold Loan experience will be an added advantage. - Vehicle: Two-wheeler mandatory. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Role Type: 100% Field Sales. - Locations: Karur, Madurai, Trichy, Tenkasi, Theni, Tuticorin, Ramanathapuram, Rajapalayam, Srivilliputhur, Aruppukottai, Sattur, Ambasamudram, Oddanchatram, Lalgudi, Manapparai, Kattuputhur, and surrounding locations in Tamil Nadu, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: Up to ₹3.18 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). • Application Instructions: Send updated resume to the recruiter's email address or contact via the provided telephone numbers.
