Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resources functions. Responsibilities include handling recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, driving employee engagement and retention, managing attendance and payroll coordination, drafting policies, resolving employee grievances, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in the NBFC, Fintech, or BFSI sectors, alongside excellent interpersonal skills.
