• Role & Company / Project Overview: Mark Properties is seeking a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Call Centre Executive to join its growing real estate team at the Head Office in Karachi. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients - Present and explain real estate offerings and investment options persuasively - Build strong rapport with clients and handle inquiries professionally - Meet and exceed designated call and sales conversion targets - Maintain structured records of client communications and follow-ups • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Call Centre / Telemarketing experience is considered an advantage - Real estate industry knowledge is preferred - Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills - Confident, ambitious, and target-driven mindset • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Days: 5 Days a week - Work Mode: Onsite - Location: Mark Properties – Head Office, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan • Compensation & Benefits: - Basic Salary - Sales Commission - Meal Allowance - Mobile Allowance - Excellent growth and career development opportunities • Application Instructions: Interested candidates are invited to apply by submitting their updated resume.
