A.A Joyland (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a Female Cashier cum Supervisor for our new project in North Karachi. The role involves leading the floor, handling customers, and growing with a fun, family-focused brand. Key duties include handling transactions and customer billing using cash registers, scanning goods and ensuring accurate pricing, collecting payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods, maintaining daily cash transaction records accurately, supervising daily operations and assigning duties to staff, monitoring staff performance, attendance, and overtime, coordinating school visits, birthday parties, and in-store events, and ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have an Intermediate/Bachelor's qualification with 1-2 years of experience in a retail/supervisor role, along with strong communication and leadership skills. The position is in-person in a mall environment, full-time, 6 days a week, with timing as per mall timings. Salary is Rs 50,000 - 55,000 per month.
