Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced SQA Engineer (Mid to Senior Level) to join our team in a client-facing role within the FinTech (Financial Technology / Banking / Payments) domain. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute comprehensive manual and functional testing across FinTech applications. • Conduct rapid testing, regression testing, and integration testing. • Perform API testing and Database/SQL testing. • Design, develop, and execute thorough test cases and test scenarios. • Identify, log, track, and report software bugs and defects. • Participate actively in SDLC and STLC phases following Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Communicate effectively with clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mid to Senior level experience in Software Quality Assurance. • Hands-on experience in testing FinTech, Banking, or Payments applications. • Proven proficiency in Manual & Functional Testing, Rapid Testing, Regression & Integration Testing. • Strong hands-on skills in API Testing and Database/SQL Testing. • Solid understanding of SDLC & STLC, along with Agile/Scrum frameworks. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication capabilities.
