Role & Company / Project Overview: KGT Global is hiring a capable and organized Technical Project Manager / Technical Manager to lead technical operations and the team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead, guide, and manage a technical team. • Manage tasks, projects, and reporting using tools like Excel and Trello. • Conduct research and development (R&D) to improve processes and tools. • Address and handle technical issues quickly and effectively using problem-solving capabilities. • Plan, assign, and monitor tasks across the team to maintain efficient workload management. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Technical background in Development / CMS. • Hands-on experience managing tasks and reports with tools like Excel and Trello. • Strong research and development (R&D) skills to improve processes and tools. • Excellent problem-solving ability to handle technical issues quickly and effectively. • Proven team management experience with the ability to lead and guide a technical team. • Good workload management skills to plan, assign, and monitor tasks across the team. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi, Pakistan. • Work Mode: Onsite. • Shift Timings (one of the following evening/night shifts): 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
