Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Procurement Coordinator / Procurement Officer (Immediate Joiners) located in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. Looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in Building Materials, Electrical, MEP, Construction, or Allied Industries. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Sourcing and evaluating suppliers. - Negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines. - Handling procurement of building materials, electrical/MEP products, and hardware-related items. - Preparing purchase orders (POs), quotations, and comparative statements. - Managing vendor relationships and monitoring supplier performance. - Monitoring stock requirements and ensuring timely availability of materials. - Preparing detailed procurement reports and supporting cost-saving initiatives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of relevant procurement experience (preference in Building Materials, Electrical, MEP, Construction, or Allied sectors). - Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. - Good knowledge of the Karachi supplier market. - Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and procurement or ERP software. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan (On-site). - Immediate joiners preferred. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates may share their CV for consideration.
