Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Ultrasound Service Engineer / Customer Success Engineer to join our Ultrasound Division team and provide technical support for ultrasound imaging systems at hospitals and healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Install, configure, commission, and test ultrasound imaging systems. - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, imaging quality, and probe/transducer issues. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. - Provide technical assistance and operational guidance to radiologists, sonographers, and hospital staff. - Maintain accurate service records, installation reports, maintenance logs, and customer complaints in the company CRM. - Coordinate with internal teams and OEMs/principals for technical support, spare parts, and service updates. - Ensure compliance with OEM standards and company procedures while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. - Experience: 3 years or above. - PEC Registration: Preferred. - Strong knowledge of ultrasound systems, imaging principles, and electronics. - Excellent troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills. - Effective communication and customer-handling abilities. - Ability to work independently in field environments with minimal supervision. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Field technical support role located in Karachi, Pakistan, servicing hospitals and healthcare facilities.
