Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Prime HR is hiring for the position of Customer Premises Associate to provide hands-on technical field support. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Troubleshoot device-related faults at customer premises. • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues on-site. • Diagnose technical problems and ensure proper device functionality. • Assist customers with device-related queries and technical concerns. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Matric / DAE Electrical. • Practical technical mindset and ability to troubleshoot electrical/device issues directly on-site. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • City: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. • Preferred Locations / Areas: Gulshan-e-Hijri, Nazimabad, North Karachi, Orangi, and SITE Area. • Work Type: Onsite field operations.
