### Role & Company / Project Overview High Street Pakistan is growing its marketing team and seeking a creative, results-driven Female Content Strategist. The role involves planning and driving content across social media platforms, collaborating closely with the performance marketing team to convert creative ideas into high-converting content. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Campaign Planning: Plan and execute marketing campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team. - Social Media & UGC Content: Drive audience engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok leveraging user-generated content (UGC) and trend-led strategies. - Influencer Coordination: Identify relevant influencers and manage end-to-end brand collaborations, from outreach to final content delivery. - Content Strategy: Develop engaging content concepts aligned with brand objectives, audience interests, and marketing goals. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1 to 3+ years of experience in marketing or content strategy (Female candidates). - Prior experience working with an e-commerce brand, preferably in the health & beauty industry. - Strong understanding of social media trends, UGC, and influencer marketing. - Proven creative thinking, communication, and coordination capabilities. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) - Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Sector 5, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their updated CV along with their portfolio or social media handles via the designated application contact.
