Role & Company / Project Overview: Goodnite is seeking an R&D Assistant Manager based at its Headquarters in Kapar, Selangor, to spearhead mattress research, product development, and manufacturing enhancements. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Support mattress research and development (R&D) initiatives. • Drive new product development, prototype testing, and existing product improvements. • Oversee product design evaluation, material specifications, and quality alignment. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, or a related discipline. • Technical knowledge of mattress construction, foam types, and spring systems. • Strong product development capabilities and demonstrated leadership skills. • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Full-time onsite role based at Goodnite HQ in Kapar, Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.
