Role & Company / Project Overview: • Company: Havells India Ltd. • Position: HR Business Partner – Deputy Manager • Overview: Havells India Ltd. is looking for an experienced, business-oriented, and well-rounded HR professional to drive end-to-end HR activities and support business growth across the Kanpur region. The role manages Business Hiring / Talent Acquisition alongside HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Compliance, and other branch-level HR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Business Hiring & End-to-End Talent Acquisition • HR Business Partnering & Workforce Planning • HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle & Compliance • Employee Engagement, Grievance & Attrition Management • Performance Management & Talent Development • Field Force HR Management & Employee Connect • HR MIS, Dashboards & Analytics • Coordination with Business Leaders and Central HR / COE Teams • Driving HR initiatives and strengthening branch-level HR processes Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 7–12 Years • Education: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred • Profile Requirements: Looking for a Manager / Deputy Manager-level HR professional with strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and Core HR functions, preferably in a business-driven organization with field sales teams and branch-level HR responsibilities • Important Criteria: This is NOT a TA / Recruitment-only role. Candidates must have experience in Business Hiring along with HR Operations, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Compliance.
