Role & Company / Project Overview: Eagle Designs and Construction is looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. If you have a strong interest in architectural design, 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and visualization, this is a great opportunity to kick-start your career. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings. • Create 3D models and realistic architectural renders. • Assist in residential and commercial project designs. • Develop presentation drawings, layouts, and design concepts. • Coordinate with senior architects and engineers. • Make drawing modifications as per project requirements. • Maintain accuracy and quality in architectural designs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: Fresher – 1 Year (Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible). • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Architecture. • Technical Skills: AutoCAD (2D Drafting), SketchUp (3D Modelling), Lumion (3D Rendering & Visualization). • Basic knowledge of architectural drawings and layouts. • Strong creativity, design sense, enthusiasm to learn and grow, and attention to detail.
