### Role & Company / Project Overview Pride Hotels Group is hiring an Operation Manager for its upcoming new property in Kalimpong. The manager will spearhead operational readiness, property launch, and day-to-day operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Oversee overall hotel operations, ensuring high guest service standards across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering departments. • Assist in pre-opening activities, standard operating procedure (SOP) implementation, and staff recruitment/training. • Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relations. • Resolve guest issues promptly and ensure flawless customer satisfaction. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Prior operational management experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels is mandatory. • Proven leadership track record in hotel operations or pre-opening phases. • Experience in reputed hospitality organisations preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Kalimpong, West Bengal, India. • Onsite hotel management operational hours. ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation matching 4/5-star hospitality standards. ### Application Instructions • Submit your updated resume to the HR team.
