• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Area Operations Manager with a strong background in premium, high-value product retail and multi-store operations. The role focuses on managing multiple outlets, driving business growth, leading store teams, and maintaining high standards of customer experience and operational excellence across the Jhansi territory. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage multiple retail stores and outlets simultaneously. - Drive business growth, sales performance, and achieve operational targets. - Lead, mentor, and manage store teams. - Maintain high standards of customer experience and operational excellence. - Oversee inventory control and store operations across designated outlets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in premium retail operations. - Experience working with a reputed brand dealing in precious metals, gemstones, and high-value lifestyle products. - Proven track record of managing multiple stores simultaneously. - Strong understanding of sales performance, inventory control, team management, and store operations. - Prior experience as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or Regional Operations Manager is preferred. - Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Around ₹10 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate). • Application Instructions - Share updated CV via email or contact number.
