• Role & Company / Project Overview: Stark Packmate is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Press Executive to join its growing team at Reliance MET, Jhajjar, Haryana. In this role, you will turn creative designs into print-ready perfection, managing packaging artwork, colour separation, pre-press workflows, and print production for flexible packaging. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle end-to-end pre-press operations and workflows for flexible packaging and pouches. - Prepare, verify, check, and release production-ready artwork with high precision and accuracy. - Manage Key Line Drawings (KLDs), trapping, colour separation, bleeds, dielines, and technical print specifications. - Coordinate closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operational execution. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 4+ years of relevant pre-press experience, preferably in the flexible packaging industry. - High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Photoshop. - Strong, comprehensive understanding of flexible packaging artwork and printing processes. - Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to work efficiently under strict production timelines and deadlines. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Employment Type: Full-time | On-site. - Location: Reliance MET, Jhajjar, Haryana (Plant). • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive industry compensation (not specified in the posting). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates with relevant expertise are requested to forward their updated CV via email.
