• Role & Company / Project Overview Rapscorp is looking for an experienced Java Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java development, API engineering, cloud technologies, and modern frontend technologies. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver strong programming work in Java, API development, Cloud, and React. - Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs using Spring/Spring Boot. - Work with Oracle, SQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). - Hands-on engineering with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Cloud technologies. - Implement and work with messaging systems such as MQ and Kafka. - Apply strong understanding of Clean Code principles and software design practices. - Collaborate across the full SDLC and follow Agile methodologies. - Engage with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong programming experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, React, and RESTful APIs. - Expertise in database systems: Oracle, SQL, and MongoDB (NoSQL). - Hands-on experience with cloud and container platforms: OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Cloud technologies. - Hands-on experience with messaging systems: MQ and Kafka. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Work Arrangement: Hybrid. - Location: NJC (Jersey City), New Jersey, United States. • Compensation & Benefits Full-time employment benefits as per company structure. • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated resume or reach out via email.
