We are actively looking for a highly experienced Senior / Lead BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Data Modeling, and Enterprise Reporting. Key skills required: Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Semantic Models, RLS, Dataflows, Incremental Refresh), Tableau (Desktop, Server, Cloud, Tableau Prep, LOD Expressions), Advanced SQL (CTEs, Window Functions, Query Optimization, Stored Procedures), Enterprise Data Warehousing & Data Modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Fact & Dimension Modeling), Dashboard Development & Executive Reporting, KPI Frameworks & Data Visualization Best Practices, Excel Advanced Analytics (Power Pivot, Power Query, XLOOKUP, Financial Reporting), BI Governance & Self-Service Analytics, Agile/Scrum Environment, and Insurance Domain Experience (Preferred). Nice to have: Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Sigma Computing, Python, SSRS, Azure DevOps, Jira, Git. We are seeking candidates who have led enterprise BI initiatives, built executive dashboards, optimized large-scale reporting solutions, and can collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
