Role & Company / Project Overview: PT Dawon Fola Tech is opening a career opportunity for dynamic, meticulous, and leadership-oriented professionals to join our team as Supervisor Quality Control (QC) in Jepara, Central Java. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise and ensure all production processes comply with company quality standards. • Conduct analysis, inspections, and problem solving regarding product quality. • Oversee quality inspection methods, utilize QC tools, and manage the quality flow within the manufacturing production process. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Graduates in Industrial Engineering or Chemistry preferred). • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a QC Supervisor in the footwear / shoe manufacturing industry. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). • Good understanding of quality inspection methods, QC Tools, and manufacturing production workflows. • Strong leadership skills, communicative, assertive, meticulous, honest, and able to work collaboratively in a team. • Strong problem-solving abilities.
