### Role & Company / Project Overview Tuners Garage in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is looking for a skilled Exhaust Fabrication Specialist to design, build, and install custom exhaust systems for various performance and passenger cars. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Fabricate custom automotive exhaust systems, downpipes, headers, and valvetronic setups using stainless steel and titanium piping. • Measure, cut, bend, and fit exhaust pipes ensuring optimal ground clearance, heat dissipation, and chassis clearance. • Execute high-precision TIG/MIG welds on exhaust joints, flanges, hangers, and catalytic converters/resonators. • Diagnose and repair exhaust leaks, damaged brackets, and broken pipework. • Test finished systems for acoustic quality, leak-free seals, and proper fitment. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Demonstrated experience in automotive exhaust fabrication, custom metalwork, or precision pipe welding. • Proficient in TIG and MIG welding techniques specifically on stainless steel and thin-wall automotive tubing. • Strong understanding of exhaust backpressure, flow dynamics, and aftermarket muffler/valvetronic systems. • Ability to operate mandrel pipe benders, chop saws, deburring tools, and welding equipment safely. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Onsite garage setting). • Employment Type: Full-time. ### Compensation & Benefits • Attractive salary based on fabrication craftsmanship and welding certifications/experience. ### Application Instructions • Apply by forwarding your updated CV via WhatsApp or contacting through the designated channel.
