Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a qualified Senior Electrician or Maintenance Technician to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. • Strictly adhere to safe working practices, electrical isolation, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures. • Utilize MaintainX software to upload maintenance information, create and update work orders, track task progress, and follow up on outstanding assignments. • Coordinate effectively with maintenance staff and support daily work planning, maintenance documentation, and reporting. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant technical qualification or diploma. • Prior experience in facility maintenance or hotel maintenance. • Practical technical knowledge across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. • Hands-on expertise with electrical isolation and lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols. • Proficiency in utilizing MaintainX or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). • Fluency in English is required. • Must hold a transferable Iqama. • Must be available to join immediately within 1 week. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. • Employment Type: Full-time on-site. Compensation & Benefits: • Monthly Salary: 4,500 SAR. • Free transportation and accommodation provided.
