Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: SS Group is hiring a swift, meticulous, and dynamic Live Operator / Admin Live to work in a fast-paced live commerce environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Operate live streaming dashboards, including pinning products, modifying product prices, and checking real-time stock levels. - Monitor live streaming performance metrics such as total viewer count, incoming orders, and conversion rates. - Input vouchers, promotional campaigns, and discounts during the live streaming session. - Respond quickly to customer chats and incoming comments. - Coordinate closely with the warehouse team or administrative team in case of stock discrepancies or inventory constraints. - Utilize Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and administrative reporting. - Operate internet networks, streaming devices, and supporting software tools for live broadcasting (e.g., OBS, TikTok Studio, etc.). - Multitask efficiently during live sessions while working towards designated sales targets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Female candidates are preferred, though male candidates are welcome to apply. - Minimum education of SMA/SMK/D3/S1 in any field of study. - Must not be currently enrolled as an active university student (mandatory). - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Live Operator, Admin Live, or Host Assistant is an added advantage. - Mandatory familiarity with operating TikTok and Shopee live commerce dashboards. - Fast-paced, thorough, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively during live broadcasts. - Strong communication and coordination abilities to work seamlessly with live hosts and the sales team. - Able to work well under pressure, particularly during high live traffic surges. - Available to join immediately. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working system: Shift-based. - Location: Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. - Joining timeline: As soon as possible. • Application Instructions: - Submit your updated CV via LinkedIn Direct Message (DM) or WhatsApp.
