Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: SK Foundation is looking for a skilled and experienced Solar Trainer to provide practical and theoretical training to students in the solar energy sector, helping build the next generation of solar professionals. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions on Solar PV systems. • Train students in solar panel installation, commissioning, and maintenance procedures. • Provide hands-on training in system troubleshooting and servicing. • Train students in electrical wiring, earthing methods, solar mounting structures, and electrical connections. • Guide students on PCB circuits and basic electronic troubleshooting techniques. • Teach fault detection, repair methodologies, and preventive maintenance practices. • Support students in executing practical projects and developing core technical competencies. • Ensure students gain industry-relevant knowledge and solid hands-on operational experience. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: ITI Pass (ITI qualification is mandatory). • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in solar installation and servicing. • Deep practical knowledge of solar systems, maintenance, and PCB circuits. • Good communication skills with the capability to train and mentor students effectively. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. • Onsite training center position. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
