Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for energetic, self-motivated B2B Sales Executives (Inside Sales / Office) to handle outbound and inbound business-to-business sales initiatives, pitching cutting-edge software and marketing packages. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Generate, qualify, and convert qualified B2B leads. • Deliver effective sales pitches for SaaS platforms, digital marketing services, and comprehensive B2B service packages. • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships and close sales deals. • Manage active follow-ups with prospects and consistently achieve monthly sales targets. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: Graduation is mandatory. • Experience: 1 to 3 years of mandatory B2B sales experience. • Preferred expertise: SaaS sales, digital marketing solutions sales, and B2B package sales. • Not preferred: Prior backgrounds exclusively focused on QR code sales, loan sales, credit card sales, or insurance sales. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. • Mode: Inside Sales / In-office. • Interview Mode: Virtual. • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: INR 18,000 to INR 20,000 in-hand per month. • Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to INR 10,000.
