Job description

An experienced Operations Manager is required to oversee daily operational activities for a facility located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The incumbent will take ownership of collection management, daily cash deposits, financial reconciliation, station management, and inventory tracking for spare parts, batteries, tools, and operational assets. Primary duties include supervising field operations teams, station operators, monitoring team attendance, productivity, and adherence to company standard operating procedures and safety standards. Furthermore, the role involves preparing detailed daily and weekly operational MIS reports, working collaboratively with HR and Finance departments, resolving operational discrepancies, and implementing effective corrective actions. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of operational management experience, strong analytical and MS Excel skills, and a solid background in field-based operations, ideally within automotive, EV, logistics, or mobility industries.
